Gerson Hydraulic plane cutting machine with traveling head is hydraulic cutting machine with traveling head .
It can cut material in sheet or in rolls with the soft and rigid material:leather,fabric,cork,wood,paper,plastic,composite,fibre,foam etc.,
It is not like the fixed head cutting press, This model is no need to add work tray to push and pull. Instead, the receding head is motor driven forwards and backwards to reveal the cutting area so that perfect access and visibility are assured. The cutting press can make sure the receding head starts and stops smoothly at both ends, eliminating any shock or vibration.
1.The upper receding beam or head can be moved forwards and backwards and the distance is fine adjustable for the convenience of placing cutting materials.
2.Cutting area same as the beam/head area ,so it is great for large cutting kinfe or die.
3.The cutting material remains stationary during the receding cutting.
4.Larger head, bed and tonnage needs can be custom ordered.
