2.if the die cutting machine used hydraulic oil,must consider the hydraulic oil type and brand,The oil oil recommended 32#, 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil, used oil in the range of 15 to 60 degrees Celsius.Gerson hydraulic cutting press recommend use 46# hydraulic oil.

3.Replace the oil .If you use the first time of hydraulic machine ,must replace oil less than three months;Then could do once each yea.Gerson recommend oil three months at a time.

4. Slider should always inject lubricant, column appearance appearance should be kept clean, the work should be preceded each injection oil.

5.The hydraulic machine longer-term unused, the parts of the surface should be cleaned and coated with anti-rust oil.
